Garden City

I was inspired by the clock as my client was the clock operator. So i looked at how the clock can be part of nature and i remembered how in the past ancient clocks relied on the sun to create a shadow wich told the time, each time of the day creating its own unique shadow. I used this idea as an influence through my design. This dictated the way i placed my houses on the site and how the landscape was created. To do this I decided to look at another part of natue which relates to time, the different seasons using the first day of every season to create the shadows. .
